About Us
Even though we´ve both lived and raised families in Orange County for more than forty years, our story begins in 1998, when we first met, thanks to the foresight of Larry´s daughter, and later married. Having watched the landscape evolve from strawberry and oil fields into diverse communities that are now home to our children and grandchildren, it seemed a logical step for two intrepid people with a wealth of experience like us to take the giant leap into the familiar territory of Orange County real estate a scant two years later. It wasn´t an overnight decision, but it was originally Susan´s idea to merge our professional skills together and become accredited real estate agents for First Team. In regards to Larry´s experience, he brings more than twenty years of entrepreneurial understanding in the advertising industry to the table. His tenure as the president of his advertising company has also given him the ability to firmly understand and clearly communicate the complex financial, legal and fundamental details of the real estate market. Susan completes our dynamic team with her extensive forty-year background in sales; she really understands how personal a purchase, especially a house, can be for clients and is always sincere in her efforts to make people comfortable during this important life transaction. We´ve helped our clients buy homes and sell real estate successfully in communities, from Mission Viejo to Long Beach, for over twenty years collectively our past clients often comment on our integrity and complete disclosure as real estate agents. We also have the privilege of counting many of our past clients among our friends today due to our efforts to personally understand and fulfill their real estate needs. We can´t help but get personally involved in this important decision and we strive to make any transaction as smooth as possible. We also like to bond with our clients so that they understand that we want the very best for them.
