Selling Your Home

Selling your home requires a cooperative Venture

Creating a Home Selling partnership is essential in accomplishing your goals. All of us will play a very important role in a successful real estate transaction. Experience has proven that the best way to ensure a smooth relationship is to land on reasonable expectations of one another.

Our role in the partnership

Interpreter:
The real estate market has a language all its own. Our job is to listen and interpret what the market is saying to us. The "words" of this language can be written offers, client feedback and/or in offers we don´t receive that competing properties do.

Marketing experts:
The marketing plan, based on your goals and expectations, will determine how the property is positioned in First Team´s multi-million dollar advertising campaign. This includes the Saturday and Sunday Orange County Register, Los Angeles Times, The Daily Pilot, Press Telegram and more than twenty other publications. Your listing will automatically be place on Realtor.com.

We measure the effectiveness of our marketing plan through an 800-number tracking system that recovers all calls made on your listing. The captured number is used to make follow-up calls and to analyze the response to your property. First Team´s in-house advertising and design department will work with us to create a unique advertising program for your property.

Communication:
Relationships are built on frequent, honest communication. When we list your property, we will create our own commitment to communication and discuss the frequency and ways we will keep in touch with one another.

Once your property has been introduced to the market, we will be in touch with our office branch manager as well as our advertising and marketing representatives to ensure that your property receives the right exposure.

Negotiator:
Often emotions run high when an offer is made on a property and our clients depend on our training in negotiating contracts to ensure their position. Protecting your equity and negotiating for the best terms is an important part of our role in the transaction.

Transaction coordinators:
Transactions are made and broken in the details. It is with the utmost care that every detail of your transaction will be handled appropriately from the beginning to the final close of escrow.

Your Role in the partnership

To Communicate:
Communication is the most important part you can play in the sale of your property. We want to know your expectations and timetable for the transaction. This will give us the opportunity to explain the necessary steps we will take to sell your home and how we can tailor a plan so we can strive to meet your expectations.

Ultimately the decision is in your hands. As we proceed with the process, our communication will determine when and whether your property sells. Your outcome will be a result of the decisions you make as the market speaks to you about your property.
