Vacation Condo Purchase

Our daughter and son-in-law just purchased a condominium in Huntington Beach and used Larry & Susan Goudge as their realtors. We also had the  pleasure of working with them as this was a long distance purchase. After visiting us last Christmas, our children decided to look for property here in California. We were designated to see what was available. Susan Goudge gave us several grand tours of property knowing we were "just looking".

This past summer when our daughter and family returned to California, Larry and Susan spent days showing property as our family looked for just the right place. That condo was found at the end of their visit here, therefore everything had to be taken care of long distance.
